Since 1995, The Williams Agency has helped organizations in the public and private sectors achieve their marketing goals. The Williams Agency's team consistently donates time to the community. We have provided pro-bono services to organizations such as The American Lung Association, The Children's Museum, Greater Options for Adolescent Lives, Jobs for Youth, Teens Against Gang Violence, Cambridge Carnival International, Inc., and the national office of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund.

The Agency's Founder, Nicola Williams has served in leadership positions on several nonprofit boards, such as the Children's Museum of Boston, Greater Options for Adolescent Lives, and Crispus Attucks Children's Center. She currently serves in the Board of the Sustainable Business Network of Boston. She has also been a judge for a national public service campaign competition selecting the winner of the internationally renowned "Help Can't Wait" advertising campaign for the American Red Cross.
